Here are some examples of the wide range of systems we have been asked to develop over the years.


  • We were tasked to build a system to manage and control a fleet of trains transporting coal through the Hunter Valley to the Port of Newcastle, the world’s largest coal export port. The system had to be integrated into two other organisations’ established systems so that there was a constant flow of up to the minute information.

  • A group of doctors wanted a better way to manage treatment cycles for cancer patients and to improve the communication between their clinics and the hospitals.

  • Our client required a system for managing and reporting on road related maintenance activities across Australia. The system had to have both a PDA/Smartphone component that can work offline and synchronise from anywhere, as well as an online portal. It had to have contract data built in to automatically calculate due dates and generate performance reports. Their customers would need to be able to login at any time and see how their assets were being managed.

  • A retail chain in Australia and New Zealand needed to obtain up to the minute sales performance information from each of their 350+ stores throughout the day. The server side software needed to connect into each Point of Sale system in each store and download the figures for reporting and distribution to managers via email.

  • To remove paperwork from a traditionally paper based industry, we were approached to develop a Tablet based job management system for property valuers. The end solution had to operate in a sometimes-connection fashion and eliminate all paper in the field, including drawing floor plans electronically. It also had to integrate with their backend system at head office.

  • A start-up company wanted to build a business that manages contractor compliance for Australian schools through an online portal.

  • A major civil construction, mining and energy company tasked us to build a series of web based business systems to assist them with managing their projects and field workers. These systems needed to have deep integration with a number of existing databases already in use across the organisation.

  • An IT support company wanted a better way of supplying their customers with a monthly report of their IT infrastructure. They needed a system which aggregated a large number of data sources to produce a report in a matter of seconds rather than days of manual effort.

  • A well-known manufacturer and retailer of blinds and doors were after a Tablet based system to be used during measuring and quoting at customer premises, and a full backend system to manage manufacturing, despatch, installation and billing.
